RMA Request

Thank you for your business.   We are happy to help you with your return request or repair authorization.  

Return/Exchange RMA requests within 30 Days of purchase:

To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached and must be received within the 30 day return window. We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will NOT be processed for refund or exchange.

Repair/Warranty RMA requests must be within warranty period:

To qualify for a repair/warranty request, warrantied item must be free from physical damage.  Serial numbers must be unaltered and match the serial numbers shipped with your order.   Items will be repaired or replaced with like product if original product is discontinued.   Warranty returns received without authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned.

RMA Process:
1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website.(Please note that an Order Number is required)
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We will review your request within 1 business days, do not send you item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved.

Opened item returns for refund will require a minimum 15% Restocking fee.   Unopened items may qualify for a full refund.

An items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
