Warranty & Returns


Our product warranties can be classified in two ways:

1. NEW SEALED - Products the are new and sealed from manufacturer...

Products with basic configurations and our accessories/components categories are typically items that are sealed from the manufacturer.   These products will have warranties as indicated in the description.

2. CUSTOM CONFIGURED - Products that are new and custom configured by our team of technicians...

CustomTechSales provides a 3 year labor warranty.      All products and component have hardware warranties from their respective manufacturer.    If you prefer not to handle a warranty repair through the manufacturer, CustomTechSales will be happy to facilitate all warranty repairs and labor charges for work performed by our team.    Your responsibility will be shipping to and from our facility in Tampa, Florida.

We fully guarantee our products against "Dead on Arrival" DOA.    In the extremely unlikely event you receive a product that is DOA, CustomTechSales will provide an RMA, Prepaid shipping label and an exchange for the same product configuration.   DOA claims must be received within two (2) business days of delivery.



Because our products are custom built, we only accept returns for exchange of exact same product.  We do not accept returns for refund.    If there are any issues that you have with the computer upgrades within the first 30 days, please contact us at service@customtechsales.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in solving your problem and if we are unable to resolve, we will provide an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with instructions for returning your item for a replacement.

Beyond 30 days from date of purchase, we will be happy to assist our customers in manufacturer warranty claims. All of the products and components we use are new and come with an original manufacturer warranty.

Any computer returned to us without a valid, readable serial number, one that is missing parts or components, one which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging, or any product we determine to exhibits signs of physical damage, are not eligible for return and will be sent back at your cost and expense.

We accept no responsibility for items sent to us that are inadequately protected during shipment, and incur damages. We always recommend using the original manufacturer’s shipping container and linings, and insuring your package through the shipping carrier for the value of the computer.

We accept no responsibility for any information or data that is saved on computers that are shipped to us. Please be advised that it is the buyer's responsibility to backup all information before sending it to our company.
